Can you knit this pattern?

Can somebody please help me knit this pattern? I'm a decent knitter, and can follow patterns, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what patterns are just off the item.
Love it so much and want to knit it for my babe.
Any help or very similar pattern would be appreciated!

I appreciate the cost may be difficult for you so this isn't having a pop, OP, but there's an interesting blog post by the hat designer Woolly Wormhead that gives insight into how much a pattern costs to produce.

Mmmh. Been on ravelry for many years. Thought somebody might have been a bit brainy on here to help me out. Hadn't found it on ravelry before and Pinterest had no link working for me
