We are really pleased to be announcing our Woolly Hugs' Christmas fundraiser for 2014. We hope that you will be able to help us in some way.

The amazing charity Together for Short Lives supports children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions and all those who support, love and care for them. From the moment of diagnosis, for whatever life holds, this charity aim to help to ensure that families make the most of their precious time together, helping a child or young person to live the best life they can, for as long as they can. So much love and compassion, what they do is extraordinary.

To read more about the work they do, see here….. We want to help them, we hope you will join us. Here’s how.

Crafting Information
We are aiming to make and sell small/lightweight Christmas craft items, and to keep postage costs to a minimum we ask that ideally anything made can be sent on to a buyer in nothing bigger than a Large envelope.

Some suggestions for you, but we are very open to others too...

  • Stocking fillers, although obviously Father Christmas is REAL, this is just to help. Smile
  • Christmas tree decorations, bunting, garlands.
  • Stockings
  • Small gifts - Little bags, purses, brooches, hair accessories, key rings, gift bags, tags, lovely lovely things!

Woolly, fabric, embroidered, all crafty crafts welcome. Items from last year can be seen in our four Christmas albums from last year on our Facebook page MNWoollyHugs.

Last posting for crafts to be Saturday 15th November please. But do post earlier if you are able to, we are ready, so any time! Please PM for the posting information.

If you would like to contribute funds to help others craft we would love to hear from you. Our Paypal is [email protected]

    Thanks Thanks

    The Event itself...
The Christmas Craft sale will take place ONLINE between the evening of Thursday 27th November and run through to Sunday 30th November and will be organised through an Event page linked through our Woolly Hugs' Facebook page, as we have done before. (MNWoollyHugs) Full details of which we will be sharing here, on FB and Twitter nearer the time. We will be auctioning a few more items this time too, again that will be through a Facebook Event page set up nearer the time.

    Huge thanks once again. Thanks

Fingers crossed this will be a great success for Together for Short Lives. A life time of difference, doesn’t get much more important that that.
