Morning all Smile

I like 'glorious serendipity'.

OP posts:
PurplePidjin · 02/04/2012 07:35

Glorious guided serendipity. The kind of serendipity that can make dinner for 25 from a tin of baked beans, and always carries a piece of string...

RedRosie · 02/04/2012 12:33

Hello Pitsey n Knotty ... not been about much because I generally look at MN on my BlackBerry when commuting morn and eve, and once a thread gets to more than about 500 replies I can no longer post on it for some reason, although I can read it ...

As SanctiMoanyArse says - I'm proud to "know you" too. Such a lovely thing to do for someone. And loving "glorious guided serendipity" Molehillmountain ... wondering if I can weave that into a business case document I'm working on it would prove once and for all if anyone reads them, that's for sure

How many squares go into a blanket and will they all make the cut mine probably won't ?

KnottyLocks · 02/04/2012 16:06

Apologies but I am away from home for a few days so won't be able to update regarding Woolly deliveries.

Rosie, the blankets vary in size and shape. With these two, the amount of squares we get will dictate the size. Everyone who has crafted will have at least one square, hopefully more, included. Smile

I'm in an area where my phone cannot get a decent reception but will try to check in when I can.

Work or fun knotts?

RatherBeOnThePiste · 02/04/2012 22:29

Whilst our poor Knots is currently cut orf from us and stuck miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiles from the civilisation of an O2 mast, it is happily not for work purposes Smile

Evening everyone Wine

Rosie We have another Blanketeer who cannot post on the thread once it gets past about 300 posts. Weird that you can both read, just not post. Probably will always remain a mystery!

Met with Knotty this morning and now have Chip's blanket here. Just amazing, I completely goose bumped when I opened it up. Blew me away.Am looking forward to meeting Chip on Friday.

Just about to reply to PMs

Thanks
ChippingInNeedsCoffee · 02/04/2012 22:55

On holiday eh!! Nice for some Hmm

Please tell me she's camping Grin

Just kidding - I hope she's sunning herself somewhere lovely and resting her hooking hands in prep for the blankets :)

Chipmonkey's blanket is lovely :) CM I hope you all get some lovely woolley hugs from it x

Thanks
RatherBeOnThePiste · 03/04/2012 13:00

Now, I haven't been in there all of this time!

But My bloomin PMs aren't working at the mo. I've had a flurry come into my PM box this morning and at the mo, it won't let me reply, so if you need the address for posting, please bear with me. Sorry.

Please do still PM me if you need anything though, this is just a hitch, it won't last

I'm off out now for the rest of the day, but will try again this evening , when I just know it will be fine again

RatherBeOnThePiste · 03/04/2012 22:02

Just decided to see where we we are on the PM numbers front, and I find we are three off breaking the 1000 mark for these two blanket projects. Shock We must all talk a lot Grin

So the third person from now who sends me a PM will be the 1000th. Who will that be?!
