I am just catching up on this Monday's episode and the really high achiever, surgeon lady has bugged me by saying that she wouldn't call herself a feminist! Why ever not?

Are you enjoying the series? The first one wasn't great to be honest. Nice to see some old footage but the journo was digging for lesbian gossip which trivialised the whole topic I thought.

I imagine she works in a very macho environment and being a feminist isn't the "done thing". Sadly.

I liked a lot of the first episode but agree with criticisms about questioing the interviewees about their sex lives - wasn't very respectful and only tenuous relevance.
