India Willoughby - can we take a moment an address the increasing hysteria and vile comments on their social media - X in particular.

In the past 24 hours he has slated Nick Wallis, JKR, Helen Joyce, Maya Forstater this list goes on.

It really feels at this stage that a close one to India should stage an intervention.

Historically the Catholic Church was pro ‘eunuch making’ at one point. The papal ban on castration didn’t come in until 1870…

Hurrah, we're back to eunuchs (on another thread but even so)
I've missed them.

He has a weird fixation with Catholics and has been ranting about them for years. Here's a tweet from May 2022 where he compares JKR to "fellow Catholic Jimmy Saville":

So disappointing Rachel. Lots of parallels between treatment of Jewish and Trans people. JKR is one of the biggest instigators of what’s happening to us. Her charity work doesn’t absolve her. Fellow Catholic Jimmy Saville tried to tally his ‘balance sheet’ by doing charity work.

Hard to sink much lower than comparing an advocate for women's rights with being a disgusting paedophile predator. But I bet he manages it somehow. Just give him time

He has just posted some utterly vile posts on X directed at a really lovely detransitioner and to Camilla Tomney the journalist. Reported both posts which I have not done before. The irony of being given an option to mute him wasn’t lost on me. No, stop him, who promotes himself as a women’s rights campaigner, from directing utterly vile comments about actual women.

He most certainly is not helping the trans cause.

He is also not a woman so his bio is all lies.

And he has definitely never been 'Woman of the Year' as he claims 😂

Honestly, it's just nonsense, best to ignore it.

Agree to ignore and to some extent I do. However, he is hurtling towards the abyss. He needs help, compassion is a hard word to use for him but the trans joy he experienced way back has clearly disappeared and he is back to full on vitriolic middle aged man rage because he isn’t getting his own way anymore and the gig is up re trans being a special thing.

I genuinely feel for people who live in the opposite sex quietly and calmly. These clowns are spoiling it for them.

From my experience that comment is not the kind of language most women would use and AI agrees

While the word is common in British English—frequently used casually or as an insult predominantly by and between men. Linguistic studies show it is much less frequently used by women to refer to or address other women.

I don't really understand why he is on X and hasn't flounced permanently to Bluesky. Does he have enough followers on X to make money from his account? Or is he just one of those toxic people that thrives on conflict? He never seems happy unless he's having a go at someone.

There’s a well known (but uneasy) collaboration between ‘Muslim’ politics and the far left, due to Gaza primarily. IW can’t afford not to hitch his bandwagon to it because it’s the final pro trans vehicle. And I think he knows turning on Muslims wouldn’t be a good look for him. Much easier in the left wing circles to bash the (often white) Catholics.

I lurk on the Craig Murray forum and the far left, were supporting the evil Iranian regime, trying to play down the fact that they were slaughtering tens of thousands of their own citizens, saying it was propaganda. As the husband of an Iranian born woman, I found this absolutely disgusting. It is the far left in France who are causing all this rioting and violence and they want to export it to other countries.
It is Marxism mixed with anarchism.
