And I'm asking you whether you think Mary-Ann is lying. I do agree with her. She's quite right. You appear to think that she's making it up. Why would she do that? Do you think, perhaps, that given she is legally responsible for her organisation that she has to pay lip service to trans people and their rights? Are you saying the quiet part out loud? And this on a forum that regularly has posters insisting that trans people don't actually exist and therefore don't have rights...

I’ve never seen anyone here say that trans people don’t exist.
Trans people however believe their own sex never existed. Bizarre.

So then you'd need to ask her what she's referring to, obviously.

I think we’re doing that thing where not believing in gender identity, and consequently that some people have a mismatch between their gender identity and their body, is characterised as saying that ‘transpeople don’t exist’. Which would be like arguing that not believing in Jesus as the son of god is saying Christians don’t exist. Inane in other words.

But you said you completely agreed with her. Do you generally do that when you don't know what they mean? That strikes me as a pretty odd, no?

Oh we know that Trans and their Tranfans exist alright, the mere suggestion that a group of women get together to discuss topics that matter to women and it attracts a baying mob of them with loudhailers and offensive placards to demand women can’t get together without inviting them.

This is how you know it's just empty hot air, playing to the gallery. It's an instant indication that they have no interest in, or ability to, discuss it rationally and come up with solutions.

They're not interested in solutions. They're interested in attracting the support of people who don't understand they're not interested in solutions.
