The full hearing will be on the 9th August 2027. Stephen is not eligible for JKR’s fund, he needs more support. He has complained about his union, Unison, to the Certification Officer, who regulate unions in the UK. Hearing was July 15th, he won.

A one day public preliminary hearing took place at the Glasgow Employment Tribunal on Wednesday 6th May 2026, when PCS applied to have the indirect discrimination part of the claim struck out – and lost.
