"Deep surgical wound lined with skin"

Last year, I read Nick Wallis' posts about so-called neovaginas and neophalluses - euphemisms for monstrous Frankensteinian "bottom" surgeries, and grim reading. I link below to the one about vaginas.

Today, I read, with some horror, a post on transredditUK, - link above - by a trans-identifying-man who's had the bottom surgery.

It's unclear whether he understands that he has a "deep surgical wound lined with skin" and not a brand new vagina. He just knows he has to "dilate" the hole. His surgeon is ignoring his emails.

His post gets a mere two replies, in spite of his obvious extreme distress, in a purportedly super-supportive forum, and neither of the replies have a clue. One says to look up vaginismus, - something which can only apply to a real vagina. The other suggests 'relaxing' - again, pointless with a wound when it doesn't have muscles like a real vagina.

It seems likely that the OP had or has no idea of the implications of the surgery and the long term effects. He now has a painful, weeping, large wound between his legs, and presumably bits taken off his arms to make the lining of the wound. He has had no post-surgery support from the surgeon. He's not getting any support from the 'trans community'.

Another thing which struck me is that the OP, being a man, perhaps perceives a vagina as simply a hole into which to stick a penis - presumably why he wants a hole?

This type of surgery should be criminalised. It's grotesque.

What exactly is a neovagina, then?

I was recently contacted by an NHS doctor who is concerned about gender ideology and its capture of his profession. Let’s call him Dr J. Following retirement from full time work, Dr J is curr…

Why would he have bits taken off of his arms to line it? It's an inverted penis.

How absolutely awful for this person to be left like this - both by the surgeon, and the trans community. I bet the surgeon collected their fee, though.

Sorry, got confused with female-to-male - this bloke will have had the wound constructed out of either penile or scrotal skin, or peritoneum (the lining of the abdominal cavity), or a segment of the bowel.

The "trans community" doubtless told him that he could have a vagina constructed - I doubt very much that even the qualifier "neo" was used.

The surgeon doubtless told him that, yes, he (or possibly she) could construct a vagina for him.

Every one of them was lying. The skin lined wound is in no way a vagina. So of course they can't face the truth of what's been done to this man.

Agreed. It's despicable.

I met a young nurse recently who said of course these men have proper vaginas created.

I replied “for goodness sake they have a best a fuck hole, which is an open wound that requires daily dilation forever. You are a nurse, you know this is not a vagina. Why would you believe that?”

people seem to be dangerously willfully ignorant about these surgeries & those who speak truthfully are demonised as haters bigots etc.

what a horrible mess!

Coatsoff42 · 18/08/2026 08:14

I don’t think they need daily dilating for ever, but they need disinfecting and cleaning internally, a lot of transwoman use betadine or other surgical skin cleaners to keep things hygienic and manage odours. Another difference between surgically created holes and actual vaginas.

That poor man. You have to be so unwell to have this done to yourself. In what other context do we cheer on deliberate harm of this kind?

Waitingfordoggo · 18/08/2026 09:09

Poor man. It’s despicable that the surgeon isn’t responding to him. I hope he gets the help he needs.

This is the next huge medical scandal, i can’t believe how many otherwise sensible people can’t see this.
In 10 years they will all be hand wringing about how “isn’t it terrible” and “we didn’t know this was going on”

KatyKan · 18/08/2026 09:27

Umm, does this involve the urethra as well, I mean like how does he pee?
Over the floor like any other man!

ArabellaScott · 18/08/2026 11:52

' relaxing your pelvic floor is really important'

He doesn't have a pelvic floor. He has skin and scar tissue. You can't 'relax' scar tissue. There are no muscles there.

I agree this butchery is horrific.

And grotesque. A vagina is not a hole, it's not a wound, it's not a tunnel of scar tissue.

Surely to god among all the volume of bullshit studies and time spent on devising intricate surgeries would have produced some decent after care instructions for the poor people who've been led to believe this will actually improve their lives?
