I hope she’s being monitored by a cardiac unit, the cardiovascular system doesn’t usually support women that tall into their old age. With feet that big, it sounds like some sort of giantism or growth plate issue.

Sorry my post was poorly worded. My ex son in law was 6ft 7ins and has size 17 🐾. I didn't notice the feet of the even taller lady I saw tbh. Yes I've heard there are often health concerns with such extreme height.

Marfan syndrome is what immediately springs to mind with extreme height (>6'6"). They have a 'look' that is quite typical.

@MrPrettyDamnCosmic What struck me about this woman was that she was not a tall skinny ' beanpole' shape. Rather she was strongly built without any sign of obesity. What they use to call ' mesomorphic ' physique. She looked very healthy in fact. Like any 20ish yr old woman apart from being the tallest person I've ever seen. But ....maybe it presents differently in some people?
