I am genuinely starting to think there is a massive Operation #LetThemSpeak PsyOp going on. Have you all been recruited? Did I miss a memo?

I can't begin to count the number of posts and articles in the media about the EHRC guidance where some clown pops up to say one of the following:

• It's only GUIDANCE!
• I was on a mixed sex ward and it was fine
• Trans are all lovely and genuine, sooooooo marginalised!
• You can just make everything unisex and that will get round it, yah boo sucks!
• Genital inspections
• Why are you so obsessed with trans people?
• Etc.

It's getting faintly embarrassing watching the responses correcting them, like an adult talking to a wildly over-tired and massively spoilt toddler.

The simple answer is now we've past the 5th August they've trying to do a PR exercise, to say oh it's all a bit of a silly fuss about nothing and nobody really cares, which makes a change from the threats I suppose

It's one endless game of TRA bingo. I've had a full house on many an occasion!

It's like Wack-a-Mole, they keep popping up, spout the same old crap and then disappear only to pop up on another thread repeating the same old crap.

I was listening to the podcast Oh God! What now! and the final 10 minutes was about the guidance. Cue "Maria", oh my trans friends have to stay at home and can't pee. [What about women forced to remain at home because of men in the women's toilets, Maria? Oh, none of you mentioned them? Funny that.]

Hilariously they said that it will be on Andy Burnham's desk and Labour will have to change the law!!!

Except no government is going to legislate to allow men in women's facilities. Not in the next thousand years.

They're too scared of women, particularly those of us with a posse of female gerbils.
