Monica Lennon is reaping what she sowed.
Carol Mochan, who was expected to nominate Lennon, hasn't done so thus far, reportedly because of fundamental disagreement over women's sex-based rights (Mochan resigned from the frontbench to vote against the GRR Bill; Lennon is a TRA).
Meanwhile Lennon is bleating about misogyny and male entitlement. Does she really not understand how that sounds, coming from someone who would be happy to see a man acclaimed as SLab's next female leader?
If Mochan does persist in refusing to nominate Lennon it'll be a very welcome sign that active hostility to women's rights can damage a political career on the left of British politics. Needless to say the leftie blokes in SLab don't seem to agree.
