Fiona Macdonald is suing her union, PCS. More details can be found by looking for Why I am suing my trade union in the usual place. A one day public preliminary hearing took place at the Glasgow Employment Tribunal on Wednesday 6th May 2026, when PCS applied to have the indirect discrimination part of the claim struck out – and lost. She is represented by Margaret Gribbon, Solicitor, and Naomi Cunningham.
