Anger is weirdly akin to complacency. It keeps you stuck in a loop, of inward and outward unsettled reactionism. With no real consequence, except to make you feel worse and make people not take your views seriously enough (when it isn't directional).
It is far better to harness it. Do random small acts of kindness, even if people don't appreciate it (there's loads of ones, can be with strangers etc). Daily. Giving compliments, leaving a pound somewhere for a kid to find, opening doors, chatting to people, picking a piece of litter up, offering spare multipack ice lollies to strangers on a hot day. Listening first. Reacting second..
Teach the change you want to see. That sounds like a very worthy bullshit sentence, but if things don't change, change them. Being angry in limbo is totally wasted if you can't use that power. Join in with things that resonate with your ideals. Groups or protests, feminist movements. Small-scale or larger scale.
Remove triggers. People, situations, if they don't serve you, examine their worth and see if you can eradicate them. Selfish therapy! It's a form of love, which isn't ruled by anger, but is powered by assertion.
