Hi all. I'm looking for some good legal summaries for where we stand post-FWS. Ideally not from Sex Matters - excellent as they are, I'm looking for legal firms. I've got this from Bates Wells:
Gender identity, protected beliefs and single-sex facilities in the workplace: a review of LS v NHS England | Bates Wells
But I think I've seen others (Leigh Day?). I'm a trustee of a charity and I am trying to clarify our legal obligations.
Thank you in advance to the Mumsnet FWR hive mind!

I'm not entirely clear what you're looking for, but Michael Foran has done some excellent summaries of FWS. He's an expert in Equality law. Check out his substack.

Akua Rheindorf KC has written some great information on the EHRC advice here.
