I can no longer bear WH, but I’ll catch the interview on Listen Again. Thank you

Looking forward to this. Just noticed on the schedule and headed on over to see if it was news on here. I've read her book and am a long time fan with regard to her stand on women's rights and her general principled approach to life. Here's hoping she gets a decent chance to cover all topics.

Thanks @NotAtMyAge I too have stopped listening to WH because of its utter inability to prioritise - well - women but will listen to this.

Interview starts at 14.10

I'm another one who gave up on WH years ago but I listened to this. Joanna Cherry was great. Made her points really clearly.

NotAtMyAge · 22/06/2026 15:11

I posted the link because I too am a former WH listener who gave up because its name was no longer truthful. I'm about to listen to the interview on BBC Sounds.

I finally managed to listen to Joanna this evening and she was fantastic. So clear and firm and measured in what she said, not letting Nuala side-track her, despite several attempts. 👏

I too can't bear WH any more but I was in the car and was just about to change the channel when my ears pricked up at Joanna's name. She was so good 😎
