The claim against Andreas Mueller, a Public servant sued for saying sex is binary, was discontinued. Elspeth’s case which can be found as Chair of SEEN sued for saying 'only women menstruate continues. The final hearing was set for 4 weeks, starting on the 22nd of June 2026, guess it may be a bit shorter now.. Both JR and Naomi will appear in this case, in theory on the same side.
