I follow a YouTuber called akaNemsko who is a female chess grandmaster. She is absolutely amazing at chess.

I recently watched one of her videos that really was upsetting. She was at a chess convention and a man came to her table to have a match. She realised the convention was closing soon so set a time limit to the match. He quickly realised her skill level was much higher and you can see him dithering in the video.

She even gives him tips at one point. At the end he surrendered rudely and refused to shake hands. He walked off with her microphone.

She managed to retrieve it but then he comes back over to have a go at her for “wasting his time” you can tell that she tries to de escalate the situation by offering him a referral membership to a paid chess website. He takes this offer but then tells her “F-you” and gives her the middle finger.

It’s utterly astonishing how fragile some men can be when their masculinity is questioned or torn down by a strong woman. This was all captured on camera! You can only imagine how awful he is without a camera in his face.

Truly awful man
She was so nice, so conciliatory, so polite and he was just bloody obnoxious!
And she gave him a gift!
Grade A arsehole

She explained in another video that she wanted to de escalate the situation with the free website referral. Poor girl. Us women are so conditioned to be kind.

He really is a narcissist!

There seem to be some horrible male chess grandmasters. Garry Kasparov used to be very dismissive of women. They don’t have the aptitude etc. When he was a big name, and grandmaster, he played 17 year old Judit Polgar in 1994.

Luckily there was a camera recording so there was evidence, but unfortunately nobody seemed to be there when he did something which would have meant she won, and he lost. He moved a piece and then took his hand off it. Once you take your hand off, that move is made. You cannot change it. Well the bold swinging d&ck Garry saw it was a terrible move and quickly put his hand back on the piece and changed the move. You could see how unsure the young Judit was, and there seemed to be nobody there to call it out. Unfortunately, because this action of Kasparov was not challenged, Judit went on to lose. He played dirty.

Now, Judit went on to become the first female grandmaster, but Kasparov only won that 1994 game against Judit because his dirty move was let stand.

The touch-move controversy between Judit Polgar and Garry Kasparov

Netflix launched a new documentary on the life of Judit Polgar, "The Queen of Chess". The documentary is extremely well-made and is definitely worth a watch if you are a chess fan. It brought back to life an incident that had happened 32 years ago in 1...

She was generous saying that creep ‘forgot’ about the microphone. He took all the freebies, and all he had to say was eff you.

YouTuber Penguinz0 did a video on this. 3.8 million views. He was pissed off with the guy, and admiring of how the Grandmaster handled it.

I just watched that! Love the fact that he also stood up for her.
