Zack Polanski and the code

Has anyone seen any comment from Polanski regarding the EHRC code?

As far as I can tell, he's conspicuously silent.

God, she's so stupid. What services does it exclude 'trans people' from ffs? The servicing of male egos by females?

WallaceinAnderland · 22/05/2026 18:35

a huge legal minefield to negotiate

What, men in the mens and women in the womens? If you can't negotiate that then are you fit to govern?

Zack is going to have to concede or double down.

Sian Berry MP responds to EHRC single-sex space guidance - Green Party

I think it is. Here's Zack Polanski's Bluesky post, supporting Sian's statement and the GLP

"Our community is scared and exhausted but we are fighting back." It's important that all of us who stand with the LGBTIQA+ community support the Good Law project in their appeal against the high court decision. Trans rights are human rights. 🏳️‍⚧️ greenparty.org.uk/2026/05/22/s...

Ah, so he is doubling down. That's good to know. I would now like to see him put his money where his mouth is and try to take the right to single sex spaces away from women.

OP posts:
soupycustard · 22/05/2026 18:44

What does the idiotic Green Party think the guidance has got to say about the 'Q' and 'A' of the alphabetpeople?
I can see why they're pretending it affects the T.
Are they claiming there's something in there saying that people aren't allowed spicy sex? Or that people aren't allowed to be disinterested in sex?

SingleSexSpacesInSchools · 22/05/2026 18:46

TIM was a very upset the feedback from Zack is not stronger https://www.reddit.com/r/transgenderUK/comments/1tklp8x/zack_polanski_and_sian_berrys_responses_to_ehrc/

loislovesstewie · 22/05/2026 18:48

Oh I'm so glad he's decided to make that statement. Hopefully women will now see him for what he is, he's no friend to us, that's for sure.

The DARVO is strong in this statement

loislovesstewie · 22/05/2026 18:55

P. S I suggest looking at the cartoon in The Guardian today would be interesting. It's quite pathetic.

Alucard55 · 22/05/2026 18:57

If he truly believes that TWAW then he needs to do what Sal Grover says and tell us exactly how a man can be a woman. Just saying TWAW, but cost of living doesn't cut it.

I'm not surprised. He's doing the same as Starmer did and they were very upset with him too.

I suppose they were expecting an apoplectic rage but didn’t get it

there has to be a fine line even for the Green party to realise some things do not win votes

Great thread title - 'Zack Polanski and The Code' sounds like a YA novel, doesn't it?😄
How dim are they - or how dim are they prepared to pretend to be in order to placate the trans lobby?
All of the comments under ZP's Bluesky statement are poor lovely lovely oppressed marginalised transfolx with a helping of anti-GC hyperbole e.g.
a group of nostalgic, change fearing sociopaths -
that's a new one, at least it shows a bit of originality, I don't remember having been called a 'sociopath' before😏

I see there's going to be a 'Trans Emergency' demo tomorrow in Parliament Sq because trans rights are under attack. I bet it will be big and noisy and full of totally irrational banners and placards aimed at keeping up the panic levels, and someone will do something anti-social and/or destructive.
Just guessing....

It wasn't a "high court decison", it was a Supreme Court ruling.

Honestly, what total amateurs.

See? It's. never. ever. enough.

One of these days, Zack is going to find himself at the wrong end of the stick with the TRAs, and we'll see then how he manages to wriggle out of that with his mental state intact.

Do you know what, I honestly think this is just a side issue to them. They parrot the things they think they are supposed to say but haven't followed all the cases and legal arguments like we have. They just don't have the knowledge and probably aren't that interested, they just want to pick up votes so will go whichever way looks the most likely to be successful.

Yes, they are just acting as the mouthpiece for the now fading/flailing zeitgeist of a certain generation. Everything is about the predictable omicause issues.

"Our community is scared and exhausted but we are fighting back."

It must be very 'exhausting' spouting all that violent rhetoric, all the stalking, the complaining to police, the doxing, the pile ons, the getting people sacked, the over the top hysteria. They must be really 'scared' because it hasn't worked, and they're slowly coming to realise that nobody's falling for the shite anymore. I bet they're scared shitless about now, they got nothing left with which to intimidate people with.
Whatever will they do now 😱

In all honesty, I should think it is exhausting simply trying to pretend, day in and day out, year after year, that you are someone you are not.

I thought the thread was going to be Dan Brown’s new novel, ‘The Polanski Code’.

Just had a trawl through. They seem to be upset about pretty much everyone. BBC, Andy Burnham, Starmer, Phillipson, all newspapers, black women (yes a post entitled 'Black women and transphobia'), The Samaritans (its statement not aggressive enough), - you just lose count of who they're angry with.

I also noticed how little attention is paid to the small voices of posters who are obviously really struggling with mental health issues - maybe not sure they're trans, not sure they even want to be trans, don't know how to meet other trans/talk to people, sometimes openly saying they're autistic. In short, struggling and lost. And they're ignored mostly, the popular transreddit threads are the angry ones.
