"Crispin Odey has settled personal injury claims brought against him for sexual assault, the latest legal fight the financier has ended this year. The women’s claims were due to be heard next month in a joint trial alongside a defamation case the former hedge fund manager brought against the Financial Times over its reporting of his sexual misconduct. Odey dropped the libel suit in April. The claimants in the personal injury proceedings were also set to be called as witnesses in the libel trial."
