How many councillors has Reform UK lost since the May 2026 elections?

Given how popular (and lengthy!) the list of Reform councillor departures after the May 2025 elections turned out to be, here is a new list, this time for councillors elected under the Reform banner on 7 May 2026, or in by-elections after that date, who have already departed the party for one reason or another.

Makerfield Reform Candidate Robert Kenyon has been sexist, vile and disgusting towards Carol Vorderman. Image marked as sensitive.

He was also friends with neo-Nazi Gary Raikes who wears Nazi armbands and is leader of the fascist "New British Union" on his now deleted Facebook account, and RK's previous Twitter account was suspended (I'm not sure how exactly one managers to get their twitter suspended).

Update on previous post Carol Vorderman has spoken out and called Reform's Robert Kenyon a "disgusting online abuser":

Jack Benyon is Reform UK's Councillor for Thatto Heath, St Helens. He had a pro-Nazi Twitter account @Toadling_GB that he didn’t declare. He's now been appointed to St Helens Council cabinet. As of yet he isn't suspended.

There seems to be a recurring pattern. Quite a number of Reform councillors have neo-Nazi accounts on Twitter they conveniently forget to declare. Is there a Reform councillor in your area? It might be worth looking them up on Twitter to check if they are neo-Nazis or pro-Nazism.

I mentioned this on another thread:

Also on St Helens Council is bouncer Emma Beck, 47, who was convicted of beating a 60 year old woman. Fined £180 plus £100 to pay to the victim. Ironically she said she wanted to tackle anti-social behaviour and stop people feeling unsafe.

"Only criminal convictions that attract custodial sentences of more than three months prevent candidates from standing in local council elections." So that means she can still be a councillor.

I'm in one of the areas that now has to have a by-election. The Tories moaning about the cost of a by-election are the same Tories who forced a by-election a couple years ago.

The whole lot is a shambles. A whole load of edgelords got themselves nominated as Reform councillors (notice people seem less interested about Green councillors), once the councils closed nominations, Hope Not Hate (in a roundabout way it is state funded) ran a campaign to force the candidates to stand down and thus prevent Reform from being on the ballot paper (as it was too late to nominate someone else).

The leader of our council (who is a shameless self-publicist) lost her seat, and her husband failed to get elected too. Both of them are now running again (in different wards) seeking re-election and the Tories are spending a lot of money on getting them re-elected.

Locals were fed up that nothing had been done locally, and the council was obsessed with selling off community assets.

Previously Tories had been in power (briefly the Lib Dems were) and this time Reform swept the board. I can't help but to feel it is an establishment stitch-up (wherever non Con/Lab/LD have taken power).
