I'm not convinced it was a motion. I think it was in fact a briefing in order to ask for compliance following the clarification of the Equality Act.

Just a note that it is a lovely time of year for some gardening. Preliminary hearings are an unexpected burden on the seeds budget. All in the usual place under "Why I am suing my Trade Union"
