Why do sex based rights cases seem easier to challenge than harassment?

Have recently come across the 21group. There are some really high profile cases of GC women - Kathleen Stock and Jo Phoenix - fighting back. It seems harder for women dealing with sexual harassment, which often seems to co-exist with a pattern of bullying. Maybe because there is still such shame attached to being harassed in this way. For example: - 21percent.org/?p=3588

I'm not sure i'd use the word easier although I see what you mean? Kathleen Stock and Jo Phoenix are immensely courageous women for taking on their tormentors.
Maybe one difference is that the mob who bully women (and men) for understanding facts, science and biology are usually so arrogant that they openly display (write) their disordered thinking in the belief others will be impressed by their attempts to intimidate others. The evidence is therefore already available hold them to account in the courts.

Sexual harassment can be much more difficult to evidence in the same way with behaviour often hidden? But it's an interesting point.
