I came across a refence to this newly launched " resource" for housing organisations.

But cant actually find the resource, but really want to know what they are saying!

It seems to be called:
Maintaining Trans Inclusion - Beyond the Supreme Court Ruling
and it is referenced here but nothing to download?
https://stonewallhousing.org/lgbtq-charities-launch-resource-for-trans-inclusion/

Does anyone have a link or know anything about it?

Thanks.

Does it say they should prioritise trans people for housing or something? Or that single sex housing units can be used by trans people?

I know there are blocks that are supposed to be only for women.

Love this bit:

akt, Gendered Intelligence Stonewall Housing have drawn on our experience and expertise as specialist services to design this resource.
However, we are not qualified solicitors and cannot offer legal advice. Our resource does not constitute such advice and should not be regarded
as a substitute for such advice.
As part of this resource, we recommend that organisations seek appropriately qualified legal advice, that is also trans-knowledgeable, where
necessary. We aim to share our knowledge and perspective with you, to support you to make the best use of any legal advice you receive

OpheliaWitchoftheWoods · 28/04/2026 20:37

Ah. The small print saying: 'we are advising you to break the law, and if you run in to consequences on that, that is your issue'.

This is the kind of policy that needs sharing with the EHRC (once Bridget gets her bottom off the guidance and actually shares what it is, puts it through the HoC, it gets rejected, the EHRC explain they can't advise against the law, the government faff another 14 months....) but basically will need a woman to take it to court.

Where the result will be obvious.

The disrespect for women is just boggling.

Silly me!

Of course it would be another money making racket.

You would think they would at least put out a position statement and then say learn how to be truely trans affirming and take our amazing training.

So this is a new form of campaigning. You dont publicise your message. You tell people you have to pay to find out what it is!!

Well for it to be shared with the EHRC they will have to pay to attend the training.

But a small win is to see them say they dont give legally accurate advice.

had to attend a work training event hosted by this organisation - glad to have pushed back on some of the ideology - publicly disagreeing that "gender is assigned at birth"; querying the use of the term "intersex", and saying there is biological and material reality that exists irrespective of subjective identity.

Was this recent? If so I am shocked they are allowed to do this.

Irrespective of the Supreme Court, and other legal decisions, how can they be allowed to be paid to say something as fact when it is only a belief set.

Surely by now work places, organisations, should be look for training, employment practices that deal with the reality that there will be people with different beliefs and they have to create an enviroment were no one set of beliefs it regarded as true and all others false.

ie a work place where people of all backgrounds, beliefs or whatever are encourged to just get on with their work - and not see it as an opportunity to indoctrinate people.

How strange, or maybe upsetting, that given it has even made the MSM that their training is not reliable, that organisations / employers are still using them.

Confused
