Harriet Hayes is appealing to the High Court his case against the volunteers of the English Blackball Pool Federation. If they have a new fundraiser I havent found it.
Jennifer Melle received a settlement from her employer. Still has a Nursing and midwifery referral.
High Court proceedings against Legal Gengar were discontinued last month. There is still a garden at support my fight for freedom of expression and citizen journalism but I don’t know if plants are still needed to fight a possible prosecution for stalking.

Protect single sex facilities at work had a final hearing. Faye is still a long way from target. Discrimination admitted last minute although not against Faye and harassment not admitted.

The claim against Andreas Mueller, a Public servant sued for saying sex is binary, was discontinued. Elspeth’s case which can be found as Chair of SEEN sued for saying 'only women menstruate' continues. The final hearing was set for 4 weeks, starting on the 22nd of June 2026, guess it may be a bit shorter now.. Both JR and Naomi will appear in this case, in theory on the same side.

Sarah Holman was Harassed and Victimised for supporting Women’s Rights. New Preliminary Hearing for this employment tribunal case 21st September 2026. .Naomi Cunnigham is involved with this case.
Stephen Flaherty a learning Support Assistant at Nottingham College, was fired for Exposing Nottm College's secret transition of a child to her mother and the college conspiring to keep this secret from her. The full hearing will be on the 9th August 2027. Stephen is not eligible for JKR’s fund, he needs more support.
Fiona Macdonald is suing her union, PCS. More details can be found by looking for Why I am suing my trade union. A one day public preliminary hearing has now been fixed to take place at the Glasgow Employment Tribunal on Wednesday 6th May 2026
Melanie Newman is appealing the decision in her tribunal against the Met Police. Speakers in the workplace should not harass gender critical employees will find a garden in the usual place.

Australian nurse Jasmine Sussex is a mum and a passionate breastfeeding advocate with 15 years experience. But she’s now facing legal action because she said publicly that she doesn’t believe that men can breastfeed. Graham Lineham is being sued by David Paisley. Graham plans to sue the Met for wrongful arrest after he was arrested at Heathrow for tweets. He intends to appeal the conviction for phone damage. He is supported by the Free Speech Union, not sure if there is currently any fundraiser, watch his substack.
