Came across these jokers on behalf of a younger friend.

Now I may be misinterpreting, but is this not skirting close to disregarding the Equality Act ?

For some reason I couldn't articulate, I suggested to the young person they might want to look elsewhere.

I thought it was frowned upon to offer jobs to "men" or "lads", unless the roles are specifically involving personal care.

What is it? It doesn't look like a proper job ad, more a scammy get rich quick scheme

@JuliaMaesa no its not their are many roles that are covered by the single sex exemptions not just intimate care.
Quite what this job is and how it would fall under the exemptions im not sure but it could do

I’m not sure about the Equality Act as it doesn’t say what it’s for but it’s not ‘offering jobs’, it looks like one of those dodgy multi level marketing (or whatever they call them these days) scams.

Nah, this isn't a job - it's an MLM/Coaching scam. Same things get aimed at women all the time.
