Bloody Taffia, as if Labour weren't bad enough. We were all so excited about devolution back in the 90s, when Ireland was the Celtic Tiger, and we thought Wales could join them. Economically and socially we were going to grow and improve, face and join the outside world.
Unfortunately, Wales has just become more and more insular and isolated and, frankly, mad and desperate for attention. Politically, I think, we have less influence now than we had then, especially since Brexit. The only thing left for politicians is sabre rattling.
And the ingrained misogyny in the Welsh ruling classes means that they won't even notice how many women and their rights they trample on in the charge to "be the most different to Westminster".
Mad as a bloody box of frogs.
