It nearly a year since the SC judgement and the Govt still hasn't released EHRC guidance. Everyone wombeling on happy to ignore the SC ruling.

I havent seem any protests/marches being promoted but I will take a day off work if something is planned for the 16th April.

Anyone know of anything being organised?

I think WRN are organising something - hope it’s big. It’s ludicrous how many employers and service providers have decided they are simply going to ignore the law and the government has basically said ‘yeah, you needn’t bother’

There was this thread, if that helps?

From the news this weekend, it looks like the govt may be attempting to re write the Equality Act via the back door. Which would explain the hanging on to the guidance; they plan to remove the inconvenient bits of it. Like women's rights and gay rights. I'd think they'll also adjust the disability rights to be more convenient too while they're in there, as otherwise their SEND bill could be put through court.
