One case that is not really new but I’ve missed previously -Fiona Macdonald Is suing her union, PCS. More details can be found by looking for Why I am suing my trade union. Also Australian lesbians case added. Not aware of a garden for mum suing guides, anyone suing Bristol council or Brighton dad and daughter.

The High Court proceedings against Legal Gengar were discontinued in full for both claims (defamation and an injunction) effective immediately. He is therefore entitled to his costs although he may not be able to recover anything. There is still a garden at support my fight for freedom of expression and citizen journalism but I don’t know if plants are still needed to fight a possible prosecution for stalking.

Waiting for a decision

Sara Morrison’s Discrimination case against Belfast Film Festival finished but the funding target was not met. Update Jan 13 has a link to journalists nightly blogs.

For Women Scotland sued the Scottish Government again. A three day

Protect single sex facilities at work had a final hearing. Faye is still a long way from target. Discrimination admitted last minute although not against Faye and harassment not admitted.

Garden not currently accepting plants

Andreas Mueller is a Public servant sued for saying sex is binary. Both JR and Naomi will appear in this case, in theory on the same side. Case is being combined with Elspeth’s case which can be found as Chair of SEEN sued for saying 'only women menstruate. The final, joint hearing is set for 4 weeks, starting on the 22nd of June 2026. Two of 3 claims against Andreas were thrown out as having little prospect of success An update from Andreas has his witness statements.

Sarah Holman was Harassed and Victimised for supporting Women’s Rights. New Preliminary Hearing for this employment tribunal case 21st September 2026. .Naomi Cunnigham is involved with this case.

Stephen Flaherty a learning Support Assistant at Nottingham College, was fired for Exposing Nottm College's secret transition of a child to her mother and the college conspiring to keep this secret from her. The full hearing will be on the 9th August 2027. Stephen is not eligible for JKR’s fund, he needs more support.

Melanie Newman is appealing the decision in her tribunal against the Met Police. Speakers in the workplace should not harass gender critical employees will find a garden in the usual place.

Gay men refused service because of gender-critical views. The garden is on the most popular gardening website. Heading to court so a stretch target.

Sandie Peggie’s appeal submitted. Case against the Royal College of Nursing will have 7 day final hearing in Dundee starting on September 23, 2026. No date yet for claims against Esther Davidson, Kate Searle and Maggie Currer.

Australian nurse Jasmine Sussex is a mum and a passionate breastfeeding advocate with 15 years experience. But she’s now facing legal action because she said publicly that she doesn’t believe that men can breastfeed. Graham Lineham is being sued by David Paisley. Graham plans to sue the Met for wrongful arrest after he was arrested at Heathrow for tweets. He intends to appeal the conviction for phone damage. He is supported by the Free Speech Union, not sure if there is currently any fundraiser, watch his substack.
