Well, it will be now in Idaho. Up to a year in prison.

I'm afraid something like this is an inevitable consequence of men insisting they will ignore rules and signs and go in anyway.

Nobody is going to be prosecuted for a genuine mistake, are they? The law is to deter those who repeatedly act with conscious intent and a will to defy the boundaries put in place to protect the dignity of sex.
