...I was surprised today that at least this specimen in a pink dress, stockings and long brown wig was correctly identified as a man

Christ on a bike. A man who murdered his ex-boyfriend is handcuffed to a female staff member on the way to/from court … who the fuck risk assessed that?

zehrkyBerlun · 25/03/2026 21:02

@SternJoyousBeev2I noticed that too. He's an absolutely huge man.

tobee · 25/03/2026 22:28

Yes because all us people using female pronouns also have 5 o’clock shadows

He seems to be a bit stabby

other previous convictions included actual and grievous bodily harm, battery, affray, and assaulting a police officer, some of which were committed against then-partners.

Drinking vodka under a Bush. Another one whose true self isn't exactly functioning very well.

Definitely not a man who should be anywhere near a women's prison.

weegielass · 26/03/2026 07:06

sick of things like this

Brewdug · 26/03/2026 09:50

Have just seen a version of this report on my local news site. This is horrific and not a woman’s crime.

Does not say where he might be sent. Story even says he originally met the guy he killed in prison and does not bother to address the whopping great elephant in the room at any point!

Police and media complicit here in perpetrating a complete and utter dangerous lie. This is shocking.

She murdered ex-boyfriend, then bought sweets for trip back home to North Wales

Prestatyn's Aurin Makepeace told friends what she'd done but denied everything in court

Det Insp Simon Mills of Cheshire Police said the claim didn’t stack up, saying she was guilty of “cruel violence and deception”. He said: “Makepeace couldn’t explain why she went back to North Wales on the train and waited some hours before calling police and lying about her identity.”

Hm, there’s something else about it that “doesn’t stack up” that might have given you a bit of a clue, Detective Inspector!

lcakethereforeIam · 26/03/2026 10:08

lying about her identity!

For the duration of the 'phone call he identified as 'Katie'. How's that a lie? It's as truthful as calling him 'her'.

BeSpoonyTurtle · 27/03/2026 08:08

It was great to see the CPS community noted on X for calling a him a her.

And even better they've deleted the tweet because they had so many complaints and push back. People are getting pissed at the lies now

What on earth is the DM playing at? Call him a man. And well done Gloucester Live for accurate reporting.

Journalists need to stop colluding with these people. Once journalists have tethered their reporting to reality, the public will stop being confused and the untenable positions taken by the police and judiciary will be exposed.

Come on journalists - break the story!
