If you can’t read twitter, he says:

The High Court proceedings against me have been discontinued in full for both claims (defamation and an injunction) effective immediately. I am therefore entitled to my costs amounting to a substantial sum.

and:

My civil proceedings are over but I still face prosecution for alleged stalking.

Good news. Nick Wallis was saying last week that he didn't think there was much of a case.

I’m so glad that’s over for him but he has little chance of getting money owed to him. I read that fat Tony hasn’t paid up to people he owes.

🚨⚖️ MATTHEW HEATH HAS BEEN AWARDED COSTS AGAINST STEPHANIE HAYDEN -£20,000 to be paid within 28 days. Permission to appeal - DENIED.

In this morning's hearing the Judge heard submissions from Hayden as to why, he should not have to pay the costs of discontinuing his civil claims against Matthew Heath.

The judge rejected these and awarded Heath costs subject to detailed assessment.

In the meantime, Hayden must pay Heath an interim amount of £20,000 within the next 28 days.

Hayden asked for a 90-day payment period, but also admitted to the court that this period would make no difference to his ability to pay.

Hayden also sought permission to appeal this ruling - this was not granted.

Could LG/MH force Pootle into bankruptcy if he went after the money? Obvs he won't get anything financially but it would place so many restrictions on Pootle that id plant a few seeds to help...

Tony clearly has access to some funds as is constantly posting photos online of his travels-if he is in receipt of benefits funds can be deducted from these. I hope he is exposed for the vexatious litigant he is-using the justice system to persue innocent people. As for Those bobble hat photos....wish I'd never seen em

have they disappeared from X? I can’t see the account anymore. If Hayden owns property/assets, can these be seized to cover costs? Gosh, we’re a long way from the days of breastfeeding mothers being arrested for misgendering, aren’t we?!
