I just had to sign up to the new NMC online website (nursing and midwifery council) and I had questions on what is my sex AND what is my gender, both clearly and well explained as well. I was very impressed!

Was there an option for none in the gender field?

I know a very senior midwife who will have no truck with the genderwoo and keeps it out of her department.

There was an extra option, can't remember exactly what it said.

Thank you for sharing. I am so relieved to read this. It is a relatively new innovation. I spent many years trying to get this changed in the face of absolutely devoted dedication to genderwoo. Previously it was 'what is your gender' and 'does your gender align with your sex assigned at birth', from which they would, if they wanted to, try to extrapolate your sex.

That’s a relief! 😁

A sign that the gender woo tide may be turning. Let’s hope so.

Really good to hear. GMC still captured. Still only talks about gender.

Isn't one of the top bods at the NMC captured? Can't remember her name, might be a midwife.
