Inspiring book for friend

I'm looking for recommendations for an inspiring and fascinating book for a friend to celebrate her major promotion at work, and that could help support and encourage her in her new role as a female leader.

I've Googled and found a few possibilities but I'd really like proper recommendations.

Ideally not too heavy/dense/academic to read (she's busy!) But also with some substance rather than just twee affirmations.

Tracy Edwards has written a few books, I haven't read any but she's a pretty inspiring lady (just in case you're not familiar she lead the first all female crew on a round the world boat/ship race)
