The agency says the male workers suffered not only financial losses but ‘emotional pain, suffering, inconvenience, mental anguish’

This is in the US and presumably one of the consequences of Trump's policies.

So if in the UK Reform somehow pushed through getting rid of the EA, would any of us think not having women networking events, forums etc, or women only training, etc., would women be any the worse off?

It hasn't gone to court yet:

In a statement sent to The Associated Press, Cola-Cola Northeast said it “finds it disappointing that the EEOC did not conduct a full investigation and we look forward to having our day in open court when we can tell the full story and expect to be vindicated."

The last women's networking event I was invited to was for "all genders" as it is. 🙄

A women's networking event that is for all genders - but only for people of the female sex - so that transmen, and women who don't have a feminine identity who may or may not consider themselves nonbinary, would be perfect. That is exactly as it should be.

A networking event that is open to all genders and both sexes is just a "networking event" - there's nothing about it that is "women's"

Oh FFS mental anguish? Seriously? How do these men manage to do their jobs???? (Probably rarely and badly because they are too busy being traumatised) 🙄
