Another trans identified killer - second in a week?

Another trans woman has murdered multiple people. When is this going to be recognised and treated as the mental health red flag it obviously is.

I think that this illustrates that many people who identify as trans are using that term to cover a multitude of feelings about not fitting into society. Which combined with MH issues and easy access to firearms in the US leads to these sorts of awful events. It firmly supports trans identification being treated as a mental health issue rather than a lovely thing we should all be encouraging and supporting.
