Yet another trans rapist

Here we go again. Not once, but TEN times. And why the hell is his electronic curfew counting as time served?! Would love to know if he’s going in a male prison as he’s too dangerous for a women’s prison.

Long overdue that the courts stopped labelling men's crimes as belonging to women.

JazzyAmbs · 29/01/2026 21:12

I just saw this story flash up and I knew exactly where it was headed. Yet again.

EdithStourton · 29/01/2026 21:19

I'm just waiting for a TRA to tell us that trans rapists are particularly persecuted by the police which is why there seem to be so many of them.

Or something.

GoatBusted · 29/01/2026 21:28

When this happens with alarming regularity why are so many “feminists” desperate to ignore it? (self declared SM feminists who have got the measure of men but bizarrely think TWAW)

I've lost count of the number of times I’ve read on various platforms how men are the scumbags, how we can’t trust them, but TW are women and utterly trustworthy, and why on earth would a man dress up as a woman to be a predator (let’s not even think about how certain men are willing to play the very long game and become priests and teachers to access children), despite so much evidence that this is exactly what many TW do. I genuinely don’t understand.

I recall there being a time when pretty much every prominent TW using their status to be mouthpieces to the country and placing themselves in positions of authority, training the police, NHS etc was gradually found to be deeply problematic to women or children. Past history of DV, close links to paedophiles and suck like. Rip4Xnutmeg on Twitter used to share all this stuff (haven’t been on for a while though).

EvangelineTheNightStar · 29/01/2026 21:32

but but poor Jordan has trauma… so we all need to feel sorry for him and say gosh it’s all ok, YOURE the real victim aren’t you!

HildegardP · 30/01/2026 00:27

@EvangelineTheNightStar That was somewhat reachy mitigation offered by the defence & doesn't seem to have impressed the judge.

viques · 30/01/2026 00:41

Address given as no fixed abode but was electronically tagged for two years. Surely if your living circumstances are so chaotic that you have no fixed address then you shouldn’t qualify for tagging. And agree with the OP about why should electronic tagging count as time served?

And personally, my opinion is if you are convicted of such a serious crime then ALL your names, including the one you were registered with at birth even if you have legally changed it, should be declared.

ElenOfTheWays · 30/01/2026 00:59

Jailed where exactly? It doesn't say.

HildegardP · 30/01/2026 01:21

I suppose the pendulum of political convenience will swing towards E wing at Downview.
I would prefer to be wrong.

HildegardP · 30/01/2026 01:32

@viques If he was homeless he'll have been in Court-approved temporary accommodation, no home address, no release on tag. The charity NACRO run a service providing accommodation for the duration of a bail order. Now he's being sentenced, so the accommodation ends, like the bail.

Yes, this is definitely impacting data. I remember looking into prison statistics a number of years ago (2018) and it was incredibly easy to find a number for "incarcerated female sex offenders" - I can't remember if that was an actual number or a percentage of total inmates. I went looking for the same information recently and it's just not available. Or if it is available then I couldn't find it. Loads of information about prisoners gender identities though which was very thin on the ground back in 2018.

HappyTalkingAndLaughing · 30/01/2026 04:45

I think we should help them with their transition to becoming a woman and cut their private parts off.... preferably without anaesthetic....

I agree. Surely if they're women they don't need a fucking penis do they. I'm so sick of seeing that yet another woman has been raped by one of these twats. How anyone can stand up for them is beyond me. When people look back on these times I hope they're appalled at how kind they fucking were

I actually agree with the gist of this – I think all convicted perverts should be medically treated in some way – testosterone reduction, sterilising (probably not cutting it all off but some kind of intervention). I hardly see how the usual people who would plead on these criminals’ behalf can dispute this if they have been arguing in favour of the same extreme ‘treatments’ for poor little kids for years due to their favourite ideology. Why should women have to put up with the dangers these men pose… not just trans ones but all sex offenders? Particularly when it seems the authorities are so loathe to lock them up in so many cases.

NumbersGuy · 30/01/2026 06:56

Well why don't TERF proponents just create a TERFsNet website to promote all of the horrible tidbits to make it much bigger since these issues rarely actually make it to the media. I would also point out, as noted by the nonprofit Papyrus, whose organization is focused on the prevention of young suicide, they came up some interesting stats that TERFs usually fail to recognize.

  • 47%, almost half, of all transgender people have been sexually assaulted at some point in their lives.
  • It’s estimated that 4 million women and 631,000 men have experienced some type of sexual assault since the age of 16 alone.
  • Trans people were most likely to have experienced sexual violence as part of a hate crime (16%), followed by bisexual people (10%), lesbians (8%) and gay men (7%).
  • One in 10 LGBT+ people said the hate crime they experienced involved some form of sexual violence (9%).
  • An estimated 12,000 men are raped in the UK every year, and more than 70,000 are sexually abused or assaulted.

So again, consider a a TERFsNet website for this click bait that appears in the media, and try to reflect on all of the rates of sexual assault on not only heterosexual men but also how bad it is when it happens to lgbt+ people. Never does any of that ever appear here - only the occasional media notification that TERFs can find to promote their cause. Honestly I can't see people being happy about spouting such hate towards a few trans people. It's just such a waste of energy to have such a hatred against a group of people, like Muslims, Jews, Somalis, etc.

Userxyd · 30/01/2026 07:08

And still we get political parties supporting trans rights - the Green Party politics on China, climate change are so much what we need atm and they could do well in the face of even Labour veering to the right but their promotion of self ID, removing even the gender rec certificate just makes them unelectable. Means we have no viable centre-left parties anymore and leaves us vulnerable to Reform nutters and a China/US/Russia global takeover and climate doom.

Coatsoff42 · 30/01/2026 07:08

@NumbersGuy , it’s not women carrying out these assaults whether your stats are accurate or not. And I doubt less than 16% of women have been sexually assaulted.

So I’m not sure why women should be put in a more unsafe position when it’s not them causing the problem.

What is wrong with men that they are so violent and awful? This is the question you should be asking, not why are women afraid of men.

Man on Mumsnet objects to women speaking about a male rapist.

Same old, same old.....

PermanentTemporary · 30/01/2026 07:32

Any chance of editing this thread to say ‘another male rapist’? Which is the reality?

NotBadConsidering · 30/01/2026 07:39

You are defending a rapist from “hate”.

“Trans rapists rights are human rights!”, right? That’s what your post reveals. “Don’t hate on the rapists, terfs!”

I would say the mask has slipped, but there’s never really been one.

WhamBamThankU · 30/01/2026 07:43

Didn’t he ‘transition’ after the rapes occurred? Seems like a lot of them think it’s a get out of jail free card.

deadpan · 30/01/2026 07:56

If we were SNP politicians the thing we'd care about the most would be making sure this "vulnerable" trans woman was placed in a women's prison.

Oooh we could use them as test subjects in the puberty blockers trial.

So all these races and assaults done by men mean women should let men into their spaces because…..? If men are attacking women and men it’s seems the problem is men. Instead of scolding women, why not do something useful and teach men not to rape and sexually assault people. It might be a more productive use of your time.

hate towards a few trans people.

Found the one who supports Rapist Gender trans people.

And one who cant work out why using people rather than woman or man in rape stats to prompt MRA is ironic.

And why Islam Judaism Somalis are linked in a thread about MVAWaG ....
