The ED's terms of resolution that SJSU must meet in order to avoid "imminent enforcement action" are the following:

Issue a public statement to the SJSU community that SJSU will adopt biology-based definitions of the words ‘male’ and ‘female’ and acknowledge that the sex of a human – male or female – is unchangeable;

Specify that SJSU will follow Title IX by separating sports and intimate facilities based on biological sex;

State that SJSU will not delegate its obligation to comply with Title IX to any external association or entity and will not contract with any entity that discriminates on the basis of sex;

Restore to individual female athletes all individual athletic records and titles misappropriated by male athletes competing in women’s categories, and issue a personalized letter of apology on behalf of SJSU to each female athlete for allowing her participation in athletics to be marred by sex discrimination; and

Send a personalized apology to every woman who played in SJSU’s women’s indoor volleyball (2022–2024), 2023 beach volleyball, and to any woman on a team that forfeited rather than compete against SJSU while a male student was on the roster—expressing sincere regret for placing female athletes in that position.

I wonder how SJS are going to get out of the hole their in as the ED are ordering them to follow title 9 but california law says that you can't ban men who claim a trans identity from any women's teams or accommodation or changing facilities.
I mean talk about being between a rock and a hard place🤣

Too bad that the liberal left who always claim the culture war, incl tales of cancelled or passed over women, are a figment of the right's imagination, a confected conflict, are totally prepared to push the absolute culture war of TRA, especially males in female sports and prisons, to destruction.
If you ask me, it's the left playing the culture war every which way, as hard as they can.
Three groups of victims...the females injured on the other side from this lunk.
...the women who miss out a place on the team to a male, replicated all the way back thru the reserves etc.
...the women on his team that are GC or at the very least confused and uncomfortable, plus those who absolutely know the score, the subconscious and conscious reactions, that have to be reigned in.
...the spillover into society at large where anti reality reigns in a period in history unique to any of us of real societal/global pressures.
As reality bites in this post liberal period, anti reality is a comfort blanket to those who can't see the world as it is, but how they'd like it to be.

I have been watching this for a while. I remember reading about this man’s inclusion previously.

I look forward to seeing what the uni does.
