What is Phillipson actually doing apart from procrastinating?
She's totally useless.

Bridget Phillipson has been accused by more than 300 academics of undermining free speech after mothballing plans to tackle “cancel culture” on university campuses.
The education secretary pledged at the start of last year to establish a legally enshrined complaints system to protect academics from attempts to censor or cancel them by students or university authorities.
However, the Department for Education has failed to set out any timetable to bring in the protections, with sources suggesting it is unlikely to be included in next year’s parliamentary session.

The very first thing Labour did when they got in was withdraw a law that was about to come into effect that protected Free Speech in the Uni's, so the fact that she's reneged on yet another promise to protect it should come as no surprise, especially to so called intelligent people.

Maybe they'll finally catch up with the most of the population, who already know, Labour does not want people to have free speech, they want us to spout doctrine, do what were told, and then STFU like good little drones.
