Should I write via email to all the UK Representatives, or one of them? And/or the Chair? The Substitutes?

What’s the best way of doing this for your average Jo like me who is a bit unused to this Council of Europe malarkey? I’m happy to get wider family involved here. We’ve all lived in the UK for decades and have full voting rights.
