Always trying to explain Glinner to DH, today he showed me on X JD Vance defending murder of the woman by ICE. Glinner had replied something like 'bullseye', as in agreement. I tried to comprehend with "satire?" but he said no he's on Liz truss show these days. I said well he's always been about protecting women and children, he's not suddenly supporting femicide, but the post convinced DH otherwise. Any insights? I'm not on social media

Even if he subsequently claims he didn't read the post in full before retweeting it, that he's retweeting a self-described chud account called RETARDMODE is damning enough in itself.

He lives in America under a visa granted by the federal government. It's no surprise that he'd sell women down the river to publicly laud the Trump administration and ICE as it helps him keep his residency. It doesn't matter to him that women paid for his move to the states

It is very clearly established that she didn't drive her vehicle into him. We can all see from the videos that she was trying to drive away.

Honestly, this is totally illogical. When Trump condones the violent killing of a woman at the hand of his officials, and when he directly lies about it, he is evil. People are entitled to agree with him, but in that event they are not entitled to object to being called out on it.

But Glinner apparently does think she deserved to die, according to his comments. That's not what a very decent man would think.

I mean, maybe the "it was a joke" defence would fly if it wasn't in the immediate context of retweeting a call to strip women of the right to vote or another retweet slamming the OFCOM board for being all women.

Horrific. To minimise the murder of a woman so casually and cruelly is extremely low. Any decency or integrity has long gone.

None of the women here have a problem with him making jokes like that as they appreciate him for dedicating his life to the protection of women.

Calling him misogynistic is hysterical hyperbole.
