James Esses on the continuing NHS capture and Indoctrination:

In Spring 2025, I was contacted by a whistleblower – a staff member from East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust....The training delivered to the whistleblower and colleagues was part of an ongoing NHS Trust programme on ‘diversity and inclusion’. It was arranged by the internal ‘LGBTQ+ Network’.

That is quite a read. Who is booking such characters and agreeing to pay them. The NHS should be using science and medical ethics to educate not unqualified activists.

I assume they would not allow activists who are pro euthanasia to speak to patients or staff. This capture is going to be the next big scandal longer term.

What can we do to get a public enquiry going into these dangerous 'training providers'?

How much are they being paid and how many staff hours are being wasted on this training?

Institutional capture quickly becomes part of the bureaucratic process of any large organisation, and as such takes on a life of its own, with employed to implement and further whatever the agenda. So, even if 'the practice' or set of ideas have already been challenged or critiqued, or even when it no longer has direct meaning or application it continues to operate. It literally has to be rooted out.

This is where the government now needs to act, but is so far refusing to. Even the upcoming puberty blocker trials are referring back to an ideological capture that has now been revealed for what it is.

Well done to whoever recorded that. Realistically all NHS trusts and many public bodies will have had similar training funded by our taxes. That’s something that could and should be shut down very quickly.

BonfireLady · 22/12/2025 13:07

Although that's a shocking (but not surprising) read, it's encouraging that a few people were asking questions that seemed to come from a sensible place. It's a sign that is hopefully becoming safer to do so without consequence, despite the authoritarian responses from the trainer.

How is instructing medical staff to use vague descriptions instead of the correct anatomical terms helpful to anyone.

One suggestion is to use Upper body’ instead of ‘breasts’ notes stating that a patient has a pain in her upper body are unlikely to be of help to anyone whereas notes stating breast pain would be

Rightsraptor · 22/12/2025 15:34

Absolutely right, @spannasaurus. It helps nobody to be so vague and it's all so redolent of Victorian squeamishness & prudishness about the human body.

I couldn't finish reading it as my blood was boiling. The utter, rank stupidity of the NHS paying for this! With our money, too.

Looks from eventbrite like TM was delivering training to the London Children’s Safeguarding Partnership on 3 December. Very worrying.

MrsOvertonsWindow · 22/12/2025 19:38

The NHS are a law to themselves and completely impervious to safeguarding children, patient safety and ethics unless it suits them.

I fear that even the demise of NHS England and removal of some of the dodgy men at the top of that, this will continue.
