Sex Matters, a charity that campaigns for single-sex rights, will argue that the City of London Corporation is breaching equality law by allowing trans women to use Kenwood Ladies’ Pond on Hampstead Heath.

Edited to add, I’m not going to ever swim there either but it really pisses me off that the sanctimonious wokerati dismiss and disregard women so much that they’d rather see religious women or traumatised women be denied a place to swim than say no to an infinitesimally small group of men.

I will also donate. As a lawyer I am not sure the SM case was in the condition it should have been at first instance (in terms of the lay witness evidence) and so it is pleasing that they have been working on those weaknesses in the meantime.

Does anyone know if the Mens pond has ever allowed a trans-identifying woman to swim there? I remember Man Friday, but I don't know if the Mens has ever accepted females.
