I'm listening to radio 4 right now and there's an article in PM about "AI generated parent complaints" characterised by "references to case law and the equality act" etc etc. I've never used chat GPT or other AI in my life, and I have sent a couple of emails to schools quoting case law and references to the equality act. Absolutely my issue with the schools were a "human centered endeavour" (specifically female centered) - I wrote these letters two years ago, are these news articles just raising the profile of this (more legitimate than any other) way of expressing grievances so that schools feel confident they can just bin such correspondence?

I heard this, and it seems R4 is a bit late in reporting this.

It was in the news earlier in the year, and there are quite a few article about how schools (managers rather than teachers?) have been responding.

This is an example but quite few others.

I cant answer your question though. Sorry!
