Bloody hell, our our legal system assumes that if a word has a particular definition in one piece of legislation, then it is assumed that the same definition applies other legislation; and that is,for him, a problem. I guess the alternative is that we allow the definitions of words to change…… pondering where that could lead us 🤔

Okay, but this is actually the most precise summary of the transgender movement I've read so far. Except the "minority" is 51 % of humanity and has been its punching bag since the dawn of time.

They want to punch uppity women back into the ground. They want to "win" and "buy" femininity, hence the gloating (also from hetero men) whenever a guy in a wig is "prettier" (= comes closer to the barely legal porn ideal) than an actual woman. Hence all the research about artificial wombs (no, the priority here is not to help women).

And I disagree with JK Rowling's point that this degenerate movement will be looked upon as on par with lobotomy and false memory syndrome. Actually - perhaps it will, in a century or so. Because this generation of adults has heaped so much irreversible shame unto itself, they can't afford to allow the tide to turn. It's going to take at least two generations to undo what has been done in the last ten years.
