I had a moment of wondering what happened to some of the very outspoken and feminist hating main players in Genderwoo. What's happened to them?

Haven’t heard anything of the Fox and Owl character couple for a long time.
I remember them being very visible, and visibly smug, leading trans rights rallies and feted by the BBC (and Labour?) for a while.

Fox earnestly strived to be seen as a ‘likeable bloke’ and Owl’s version of womanhood mainly consisted of wafting around in the background, twirling hair and hanging up laundry.

Just looked them up and Owl featured in for the BBC 100 Women list in 2019 apparently 🙄)

There have been so, so many. 'Jessica' Yaniv. That was a gobsmacking Canadian case, not least because his Mum appeared to be his biggest cheerleader while he attempted to bankrupt the single mothers running waxing businesses from home who had politely refused his custom on the grounds that they weren't trained or insured to wax the body parts they could see he would be offering up for their attentions. Don't know what's happened to him since.

This thread made me curious about Jazz Jennings, though he's not really in the same group, having been subjected to the most extraordinary abuse and gaslighting since he was tiny. Now that he's not little and cute any more you don't see him. I googled, and it said online that he's mainly living quietly and getting on with college, but is still a transgender advocate, giving talks about his "weight loss journey" and the difficulties of dating as a trans person. He wants to be known as more than a transgender person. Sadly, though, that ship sailed when his parents turned their very young son into a media personality before he could have had any idea what was happening. Gender ideology has a lot to answer for, and has probably ruined this person's life.

So, in the spirit (😉) of a Christmas Carol, do we think all these individuals are going to wake up on Christmas Day having reflected on their past and realise the error of their ways? Will they become kinder, more compassionate people, make a donation to a women's charity and send us all a turkey each?
