Dstl tribunal appeal

Earlier this year DSTL lost an employment tribunal and the rumour (?) at the time was that they were appealing the decision to the EAT.

Has anyone heard anything as to whether they did and what the likely timescales are?

If I click on the first bit of the link, it seems to work. For me anyway. Trying to edit it just seems to break it.

There's probably a link in the original thread. Or search DSTL employment tribunal, which found it for me.
