This came up in cross at the beginning of the ET when SD put it to her that she had lied on the crowdfunder by claiming she had been suspended. She agreed she hadn't actually been suspended and so he put it to her that if she will lie about that won't she lie about everything.
Which seems a bit desperate of them given that the case is constructive dismissal, amongst other things, and given that constructive dismissal isn't actual dismissal surely this is small beer and doesn't establish her as a liar because she had, in effect, been constructively suspended before constructive dismissal.
He might as well claim she's a liar for bringing constructive dismissal to an ET because she resigned.
