There was a stage 1 and a stage 2. Both had a (different) Think Person. KP was 'investigating the investigation' - which sounds like stage 2 (grievance), but it wasn't really made clear and from the timeline it sounded more like stage 1 (disciplinary that wasn't a disciplinary). Plan to go back though my notes later and try to work it out.

She came across as honest but ineffective - easily led.
