I was wondering if the 2nd recusal was still relating to Boyd - didn't she leave on grounds of illhealth meaning that no recusal is recorded - I thought perhaps NC wanted it on the record as recusal rather than an ill health withdrawal

I'd say they've spent the weekend building a case on McKeown and/or the judge: Since you wonderful ladies here don't seem to have found much real dirt on McKeown, could it be the judge? I'm still sceptical about the claim that Boyd had to run like a gazelle to the judge about her pain, and also, if Boyd has been faking her CV, what does that say about the recruitment process for the tribunal? Did the judge really not know - and shouldn't she have?

Also “Prof. Cyc.” - after all you have that Cycling proficiency certificate. A certificate has got to make it official. It makes you a certified prof.

The tribunal judge has directed that in the interests of open justice the recusal application will be heard at 1.30pm today. I will live tweet and should be given access to the written application and response.
