Good news, but the fact that this obvious procedure has ever been questioned is astounding.

I'd like to cheer, but it starts "A Man who....."
I cannot but feel that this will be a qualifier, as in anyone who identifies as a woman won't be counted. The language has been so butchered I find it difficult not to look for the traps.
